After years enjoying being a hobby baker I decided to make it my career. Following a successful background in international business; when my two children arrived it was time to settle down into a role that was flexible around them and my busy life. Choosing to learn through professional courses shines through the work I produce. Cakes By Tamsin Pearson was founded in 2012 and I started out making cupcakes to sell at small local fairs and events. The decision to grow and move to a full-time baker of buttercream celebration and wedding cakes happened in 2017. Since then, my business has established itself as a rising competitor within Surrey and Hampshire, producing beautiful, innovative and outstanding creations for all celebratory events.
